Africa

The Essay:

Assalamu’ alaykum,

Glossy leaflets come through our letterbox attached with a bold piece of

coloured paper, having white rectangular spaces to be filled in by a

generous community member.

These persuading papers may have slogans for its Target country, but does

the human society care where the money is going? At the end of the day, it’s

still charity…

Africa may have been mentioned a few million times before, but with its

worst droughts yet and not poor but the complete opposite of filthy rich,

Africa is in need of money. Poverty for an average human being there is

watching their Brother, Sister, Mother, Father, Son, and Daughter die out

of illnesses. Different parts of Africa are spreading life threatening

diseases. An estimated 40 million people are living with HIV/AIDS, with 3

million deaths in 2004. The numbers are rising over the years. Every year

there are 350–500 million cases of malaria, with 1 million problems:

Africa accounts for 90 percent of malarial deaths and African children

account for over 80 percent of malaria victims worldwide. This includes

hunger, thirst, and living on dirty water to cure one percent of this.

Around 27-28 percent of all children in developing countries are estimated

to be underweight or stunted. One region that account for the bulk of that

loss is sub-Saharan Africa. Recently as known ‘The Horn Of Africa’ has

faced it’s worst drought in 60 years affecting more than Ten Million. You

give the money and get the reward, the rest is done by the volunteers.

Brothers and Sisters, it’s our help which will make a difference so

instead of relying on each other step up with your two feet and be part of

changing lives!

wassalam

Palestine

The Essay:

This is a land where its people have suffered heavy at the hands of

injustice and the inhumane treatment of people who never cared.

The innocent lands of Palestine once was a land of happiness, hope and

descending light…. but now it has been a scatter of its unfortunate

past. All that remains is the crumbles and destruction that was left after

the disastrous war. It was probably a peaceful and quite day and the

people of Palestine were just carrying their day to day chores but the

didn’t expect a thunderous explosion which invoked upon their land,

mosques, and their homes. Many were shocked by this attack and didn’t know

what to do.

Hundreds of people were massacred and killed and all that remain of those

people were there last splatters of blood. This was of course the start of

the demonic Israeli invasion which sucked all the peace, smiles and

serenity of this lovely lands and then it trapped and imprisoned the

families, orphans and elderly.

This is the horror of Palestine which continues until this day and the

people are waiting to be free and they yearn for the key to their deserted

prison . may Allah grant them peace in their hearts and souls and grant

them the best of Jannatul Firdaws.

The beauty of all of Allah lands remain untouched, it is up to us Muslim

to protect and help the people and the land itself… AMIN.

Africa

The Essay:

Human aid is an international charity who is working towards to support

education, health and for a better quality of life for people in around the

world ,especially FOR the poorest since 2004.They believe all human being

should have equal right and identical opportunities. The support they

provide are set up and run by local people on an entirely voluntary

basis. For the recent drought and crisis in Africa-human aid has launched

an urgent emergency appeal to provide humanitarian relief to people

affected by the severe drought, malnutrition -occouring in the countries of

eastern horn of africa.Famine, drought and conflict have left millions of

people needing urgently the basic essential of life such as food, water

and health care.According to UN report last few monthes ,there are

thousands of somalies has died of cause related to malnutrition .most of

them were children.Human aid is working on the ground -providing

food, clean water and health care. They are providing vital care to orphans

and valnurable women. They not only provide humanitarian work care-but

also do long term projects to support them after the crisis such as

development work like establish education centre and orphanage, building

wells homes and medical centres.

This is the reason I support Human Aid . They are also working partnership

with London air ambulane, which provide vital and emergency care to people

with serious injuries.

so I think everybody for the cause of Africa should support Human Aid,

especially in the month of Ramadan when deeds are multiplied by 70 times.

We can all make any donation as little as ten pounds which can provide

clean water for 200 people or can provide emergeny food for ten families.

And I made the intention to donate 10 pound to play my part.
